West Malaysia

• Standard Shipping Fee: RM6

• FREE Shipping for orders RM70 and above

East Malaysia

• Standard Shipping Fee: RM12

• Free shipping promotions and minimum-spend free shipping offers do not apply to East Malaysia unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

West Malaysia

• 3–5 working days

East Malaysia

• Up to 7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are subject to stock arrival schedules from our suppliers.

• Estimated waiting time is approximately 1 month from the date of purchase.

• Actual arrival dates may vary depending on supplier and shipping conditions.

• Orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once the pre-order stock has arrived, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the waiting period required for stock arrival.

No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted for pre-order items after the order has been placed.
